The piece you would normally have to buy separately is already fitted here. Straps drop from the waistband and finish in an adjustable ring around each thigh, so the garter effect is built into the garment and there is no second belt to match, buy or position. What comes out of the packet is the complete look already assembled.

The front is a semi-sheer scalloped floral lace panel with a small bow sitting at its base. From there the straps fan out towards the hips and the legs, joined by silver-tone O-rings wherever they meet, which is what makes the whole thing read as lingerie and body harness simultaneously. Every strap has its own slider, so the harness sits precisely where you want it instead of wherever it happens to land. The waistband is thin elastic with a great deal of travel in it, stretching well past its flat measurement. Sizes run XS to L, with full measurements in inches and centimetres in the guide.

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and dry it flat. No bleach, no tumble dryer, no iron. Lace catches on anything: wash it inside a mesh bag and keep it well away from Velcro and jewellery.
