We cover South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, South of Fifth, Sunset Harbour, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Fisher Island and Key Biscayne. If you are just outside that list, call and ask — we can often still reach you.
Before you call about an order
Have your order number to hand if you have one. If the courier has already texted you, replying to that message is the quickest route of all.
Discretion
Our staff will never discuss the contents of an order with anyone but the person who placed it, and we will not leave voicemails describing what you bought.
