Delivery windows

We aim to be at your door within 69 minutes of your order being placed. Most Miami Beach runs arrive sooner. Traffic, weather and building access can extend that — if a run is going to be late we contact you rather than leaving you guessing.

Where we deliver

South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, South of Fifth, Sunset Harbour, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Fisher Island and Key Biscayne. Hotel guests should give the hotel address and put the room number in the delivery notes; we hand off at the front desk unless you tell us otherwise.

Discreet packaging

Plain box, no branding, no product imagery, no indication of the sender. The courier drives an unmarked vehicle. Billing descriptors are neutral.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, unsealed or used. That is standard across adult retail and it is not negotiable — it protects the next customer as much as it protects us.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full. A photo speeds things up considerably.

Cancellations

You can cancel before the courier collects your order. Once a run is under way we cannot recall it, but you can redirect it to another address in the same area.

Payment

We accept major cards and PayPal. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Age verification

You must be 18 or over to order. We may request photo ID on delivery and will not hand over an order to anyone who cannot produce it.

Privacy

We use your details to fulfil and support your order. We do not sell customer data and we do not share your purchase history outside the business.
