Delivery and policies
Everything below is how we actually operate, not aspiration. If something here does not match what happened with your order, call us and we will put it right.
Local delivery
We deliver across South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, South of Fifth, Sunset Harbour, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Fisher Island and Key Biscayne. Most runs land in 25 to 45 minutes; 69 minutes is the promise. You can also schedule a later window at checkout if you would rather not receive it now.
Curbside pickup
Free, and usually ready in about 30 minutes. You will get a message when it is waiting. Bring photo ID.
Discreet packaging
Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents or the sender. Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor rather than the name of this shop.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed packaging has been opened. Anything that arrives faulty or wrong is replaced or refunded — contact us within 30 days.
Age verification
Strictly 18+. The courier may ask for photo ID on arrival, and will not leave an order with anyone who cannot show it.
